With over 35 years experience, Lynne has held leadership positions at some of the nation’s most prestigious arts and cultural institutions.
As a successful arts management consultant, she has enabled a variety of clients to meet their needs in campaign planning, fundraising, board management, strategic planning, nonprofit infrastructure/operations and many special projects.
Lynne has direct experience in all areas of philanthropic giving, organizational branding, special events and corporate sponsorships, with an expertise in the intersection between philanthropy and public image, most specifically for arts and media organizations.
Prior to founding Gugenheim Consulting:
Most recently, Lynne served four years as Chief Advancement Officer at Sundance Institute where she conceived and implemented the Institute’s first ever Capital Campaign, managed a team of 30 across the country and co-led the Institute through COVID.
Lynne has been a senior executive at Roundabout Theatre Company, the 92nd Street Y, Sesame Workshop, KCET Public Broadcasting and several other highly-regarded cultural organizations.
Lynne is a guest speaker, facilitator, NEA Theatre Program Panelist, and a member of the Allies in Action Membership Network. She is also an Advisory Board Member, University of Iowa Nonprofit Leadership and Philanthropy Certificate Program. She currently lives in New York and Vermont. Lynne is the proud mother of Jonathan, 27, who lives and works in London, England.
